David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to support the alterations department and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will welcome customers, schedule fittings, answer phones, assist with pressing garments, and ensure orders are ready for pickup.

The role emphasizes five-star service, teamwork with the Alterations team, and promoting alterations services and personalization options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone, and online chats with friendly, clear communication.
• Manage customer flow to deliver a five-star experience.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs and Be There for customers.
