David’s Bridal is looking for an Alterations Customer Service Representative to greet customers, schedule fittings, and deliver a five-star alterations experience in-store. You’ll collaborate with the alterations team to press and finish garments while maintaining a clean, organized space and adherence to dress-code standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, by phone, and via virtual chats with energy and problem-solving.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Meet service vows and assist customers with alterations needs and pickups.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers, addressing concerns and escalating when needed.
• Explain how alterations can improve dress outcomes and promote services.
• Maintain store standards and dress-code compliance for a flawless shopping experience.
• Escort customers to alterations and appointments; manage presses and finishing tasks.
• Inspect garments after alterations and ensure quality before delivery.
• Build relationships to exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist with inventory tasks including special orders and pickups.
• Accurately process transactions at cash wrap and support operations.
