David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver a five-star experience for customers in the alterations department. You will welcome, assist, and coordinate fittings and services, while maintaining brand standards and accurate transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm over phone, chat or in person and adapt communication to resolve issues.
• Manage customer flow using all systems to deliver a five-star experience.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There for customers and complete operational checklists.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and address concerns, elevating when needed.
• Explain how alterations enhance the dress and promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and dress code; greet and escort alterations customers to appointments.
• Press, steam, and spot-clean merchandise and inspect altered/steamed items for quality before delivery.
• Support inventory by processing special orders and pickups; assist cash wrap with accurate transactions.
• Seek assistance from Alterations Manager to resolve issues and maintain a clean alterations area.
