David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time Alterations Customer Service Representative to support the Alterations department. You will welcome customers, schedule appointments, assist with fittings, and ensure exceptional service while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, assisting with alterations coordination, and promoting all alterations services. Prior sewing experience and POS familiarity are valued assets in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of retail or apparel experience is preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers by phone, chat, and in person with genuine enthusiasm.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and ensure a flawless shopping experience.
