Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to welcome and assist customers, manage appointments, and coordinate alterations with the store team. You will help deliver a five-star experience by solving problems, answering phones, and maintaining a clean, organized alterations area.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, pressing garments, and ensuring orders are ready for pickups while upholding the store's dress code and service

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, friendly interaction with customers in person, over the phone, and online.
• Ability to manage customer flow and use store systems to deliver five-star service.
• Adherence to service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There for customers.
• Experience with cash handling and basic POS operations is a plus.

Responsibilities
