David’s Bridal is hiring an Alterations Customer Service Representative to support the alterations department and deliver an A+ customer experience. You will greet customers, take appointments, and help with fittings while coordinating with the store team to ensure timely service.

This part-time position emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking, and adherence to store standards. The role involves in-store use of POS systems and collaboration with the Alterations Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in retail or similar environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone or virtually with friendly enthusiasm.
• Explain alterations services and schedule appointments for fittings.
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and assist with checkout.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations area and assist management as needed.
