Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to join our Alterations department. You will welcome customers, schedule fittings, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup with a five-star service mindset.

The role reports to the Store Manager and supports inventory and checkout processes. Candidates should have high school diploma and retail experience; sewing skill is helpful and enthusiasm for great customer care is a must.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in retail or apparel environment preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with a POS system is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm in person, on phone, and online; resolve issues with calm professionalism.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Explain alterations options, book appointments, and coordinate with the Alterations team.
• Maintain high dress-code standards and keep the alterations area organized and clean.
• Press, steam, and prep garments for pickup and delivery to customers.
• Assist with inventory and checkout duties as needed.
