David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience in the alterations department. The role involves welcoming customers, scheduling, answering phones, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickup.

Responsibilities include promoting alterations services, managing appointments, and supporting inventory and checkout tasks while maintaining high dress code standards and a five-star service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Previous sewing experience is helpful for alterations services.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm and solve problems over the phone, chat or in person.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options to customers.
• Escort customers to alterations and ensure items are ready for pickup.
• Maintain store standards and assist with inventory and transactions as needed.
• Collaborate with Alterations Manager to address issues and maintain quality.

Education
