David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to greet customers, manage alterations appointments, and provide a five-star service experience. The role supports the alterations department and reports to the Store Manager, handling phones, chats, and in-person service.

Responsibilities include promoting alterations services, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean alterations area.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service experience required.
• Use multiple channels (phone, chat, in-person) to assist customers.
• Ability to manage appointments and assist alterations processes.
• Familiarity with POS and basic store operations.
