Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to provide an A+ experience in the Alterations department. You will welcome customers, assist with appointments, answer calls,press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup.

The role reports to the Store Manager and supports high standards, promotional readiness, and exceptional service. Part-time benefits and company policies are outlined in the posting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment preferred.
• Prior sewing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm, over phone, chat, and in person.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star service using store systems.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and assist with alterations appointments and pickups.
• Assist with inventory and cash wrap; process transactions accurately.
