David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior customer experience in our alterations department. You will welcome shoppers, schedule appointments, answer phones, and assist with garment prep and pickups.

Responsibilities include maintaining store standards, promoting alterations services, and ensuring accuracy at POS while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store helpful.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats with enthusiasm.
• Manage customer flow using store systems to deliver a five-star experience.
• Explain alterations options and promote services and personalization.
