David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service in the alterations department. You will greet customers, manage appointments, and coordinate with alterations staff to ensure timely, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm over phone, chats, and in person.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Adhere to service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There.
• Address customer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Explain alterations options and promote services.
• Maintain store standards and customer-ready appearance.
• Escort customers to alterations and ensure smooth pickups.
