Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to welcome customers, schedule and manage fittings, and coordinate with the Alterations team. You will help ensure a five-star experience, press garments, and support inventory and checkout processes in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, problem solving, and teamwork to deliver personalized alterations services and a seamless shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers over the phone, chat and in person with enthusiasm.
• Manage customer flow to deliver a five-star experience using store systems.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Press, steam, and inspect garments to ensure pristine condition before delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized alterations space and assist management as needed.
