David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time alterations associate to welcome customers, manage flow, and promote alterations services. You’ll work to deliver a five-star experience across in-store, phone, and virtual channels, while maintaining store standards and assisting with inventory and checkout processes.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, multitasking, and a positive attitude to support a high-volume, customer-centric retail environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats.
• Manage customer flow and deliver five-star customer experience using store systems.
• Explain alterations options and promote alterations services and personalization.
