Job summary

David’s Bridal is hiring an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service in the alterations department. You will greet customers, book appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup with high accuracy.

The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple customers while upholding Five-Star Service standards and store policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person, adapting style to suit customers by problem solving and resolving conflicts.
• Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver five-star customer experience.
• Explain alterations and personalization options to customers and promote services.
• Maintain alterations room and store standards for a flawless shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash wrap and assist with inventory as needed.
