David’s Bridal seeks an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service in our alterations department. You will greet customers, schedule and coordinate fittings, answer phones, and help ensure orders are prepared and ready for pickup with quality and care.

Responsibilities include promoting alterations services, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting the Alterations Manager in resolving issues while upholding store standards and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail apparel experience preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS system preferred.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats with enthusiasm.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Explain alterations options and promote services and personalization.
• Greet and escort customers to alterations and ensure timely pickups.
• Press, steam, and inspect garments to meet David’s Bridal standards.
