Right At School, a provider of before- and after-school programs in New Jersey, seeks an energetic Educator to join our team. You will design and lead daily activities, supervise students, and ensure a safe, engaging environment.

The role is part-time, with shifts from early morning to late afternoon, up to 25 hours per week. Pay rate $16.00–$18.00 per hour, dependent on education and experience. State requirements must be met, and you will help foster a love of learning.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday shifts (up to 25 hours/week).
• Commitment to safe, engaging learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities and curriculum aligned with program goals.
• Organize and facilitate structured daily activities and fitness.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance.
