Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator to join our after-school program in New Jersey. You will lead activities, ensure safety, and provide engaging, age-appropriate enrichment for students after the school day ends.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, teamwork, and a passion for fostering a love of learning. Program hours are Monday through Friday 2:15 PM–6:00 PM; pay is $16.00–$18.00 per hour based on education and experience; benefits and state requirements are listed in the

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• First Aid and CPR in-person required.
• Clear TB test on or after hire date.
• MMR vaccination proof required.
• Minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities and curriculum aligned with program objectives.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and age-appropriate learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
