Job summary

Right At School in New Jersey is seeking an Educator to support our before/after school programs. You will plan activities, facilitate curriculum, and foster a safe, engaging environment where children can learn and grow.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience with children, strong customer service, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. Schedule is Monday through Friday with split morning and afternoon shifts, paying $16.00–$18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Team-oriented with flexibility to support local programs.

Responsibilities

• Review daily goals and updates with the team.
• Prepare activities and curriculum aligned with program objectives.
• Lead by example to maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
• Ensure safety protocols and document incidents when needed.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and school personnel.
