Sitemetric LLC in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking an Access Control Officer for a part-time morning shift to support on-site security and operations on customer construction sites. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, and deliveries with accuracy and professionalism.

The role requires flexibility on shift times, in-person work on-site, and occasional travel within the United States to serve multiple sites while upholding safety and quality for clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone entering the site.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and identity verified.
• Parking Management: provide parking passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and related logistics.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support customers with one-time access control needs.
