Sitemetric LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer for part-time afternoon shifts in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role involves on-site work at client sites, registering workers, managing badges, parking, visitors, and deliveries, and providing critical access control support with a focus on safety and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include coordinating with leadership, maintaining site security requirements, and ensuring accurate headcounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
• Ability to obtain required licensing
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access for everyone entering the site
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain headcount records
• Parking Management: provide and track parking passes
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and troubleshooting
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support one-time and ongoing access control needs
