Sitemetric is seeking a part-time Access Control Officer for night shifts to support on-site operations at customer construction sites. You will manage worker registration, badging, and overall site access in collaboration with site teams.

Responsibilities include monitoring parking, documenting visitors and deliveries, and providing tech troubleshooting and access-control support. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.
• Proficient spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Register workers and issue badges; manage site access and headcount.
• Monitor parking passes and security requirements.
• Document visitors and deliveries.
• Provide support for access control and troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
