Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for full-time day shifts in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will manage worker registration, badging, and site access across multiple job sites, with travel possible across the United States.

The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with senior leadership to support secure and efficient site operations. Flexibility in shift hours is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation with ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve the customer and team.

Responsibilities

• Worker registration and badging management on site.
• Verify credentials and monitor headcount.
• Parking passes and parking compliance management.
• Document visitors and deliveries on site.
• Provide support for access control and tech troubleshooting.
