Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer (Part Time, Night) to support West Campus operations in Fairfax, IA. You will oversee worker registration, badge scanning, parking, and visitor logs to ensure site security and efficient workflows.

The role requires in-person work on-site with flexible night shifts and the ability to travel to multiple sites as needed. Strong customer service and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and extended hours
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility for customers and Sitemetric team

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site. Work closely with the customer and Sitemetric team to uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure all personnel entering the site have badges and are properly scanned to verify identity and maintain accurate headcount records.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes to appropriate personnel and monitor pass compliance across designated areas.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document all visitors and deliveries, creating written records for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: Provide support in access control, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks to support customers and Sitemetric team.
