Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for full-time morning shifts to support customer construction sites in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role involves worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor management, with on-site presence and occasional travel across the U.S.

Responsibilities include ensuring site security, assisting with tech issues, and maintaining accurate records. Strong English communication and adherence to SOPs are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and variable hours.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work in English.
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
• Proactive in assuming additional responsibilities to serve customers and the team.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and headcount records are accurate.
• Parking Management: issue and monitor parking passes.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support one-time and ongoing access control needs.
