Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer to support on-site construction sites in a part-time, day-shift capacity. The role focuses on worker registration, badging, parking, visitors, and deliveries, with technical troubleshooting as needed.

The position requires 2+ years of high-intensity customer service, the ability to pass a background check and drug screen, and strong English communication. In-person work at local job sites is required.

Qualifications

• Licensing may be required for access control roles.
• Must be able to pass drug screening and background checks.
• 2+ years in high-intensity customer service with professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to quickly build effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Must follow detailed SOPs in English.
• Proficient spoken and written English communication.
• Flexible and proactive in taking on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are issued and scanned for identity verification.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support one-time and ongoing access control needs.
