Job summary

Access Control Officer, FT: Night at West Campus, Fairfax, IA, for Sitemetric. You will be on the ground ensuring smooth operations, worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor management on customer construction sites.

Role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with 2+ years of high-intensity customer service and strong English communication. Shift-based hours and travel to multiple job sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and ensure site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking.
• Ad hoc access control tasks as needed.
