Job summary

Shining Steps ABA LLC is seeking caring, dependable Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team, with emphasis on after-school availability.

Typical sessions run 2:00 PM–8:00 PM, with weekends possible. BTs earn up to $22/hour; RBTs up to $24/hour, with paid training, certification support, and ongoing supervision to help you grow in ABA therapy and support children and families.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance
• Positive, patient, and professional attitude
• Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements
• Availability during afternoon, evening, and/or weekend hours

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents
• Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
