Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license (min 2 years).
• Strong customer service experience.
• Parking industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff adherence to rules, policies and procedures.
• Mentor, train and supervise staff on day-to-day activities.
• Help establish performance standards.
• Provide premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and proactive assistance.
• Assist with training as needed and resolve customer issues.
• Greet customers by name and maintain timely, caring interactions.
• Maintain garage and work areas, light maintenance of all three locations.
