Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee janitorial and landscape tasks for garages and surface lots, ensuring daily cleanliness and upkeep. You will interact with customers, resolve disputes, and coordinate with multiple departments to maintain safe, clean environments.

The role requires experience in facility maintenance and strong communication, with potential for growth and a focus on safety and reliability. The position is a full-time on-site role at our properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience with general facility maintenance.
• Experience in customer relations.
• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
• May need a valid driver's license and be able to operate Maintenance vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Trimming, pruning, planting, and mulching.
• Operate landscape equipment and tools.
• Line Striping.
• Interior and exterior painting.
• Snow removal and winter upkeep management.
• Operate garage/floor sweeper and scrubber to keep floors clean and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
