Responsibilities

• Oversee staff adherence to conduct, policies and procedures.
• Supervise, mentor, and train staff on daily activities.
• Assist in establishing performance standards.
• Ensure premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor.
• Support ongoing training and resolve customer service issues.
• Maintain garage areas and support light maintenance.
