Job summary

LAZ Parking in Santa Monica is seeking a Supervisor to oversee garage facilities during off-shift hours, greet customers, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for clients. The role centers on team leadership and delivering top-tier service.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, training, enforcing policies, resolving issues, and keeping garage areas clean and safe. Prior supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license are required, with strong customer service skills a must.

• Parking industry experience preferred but not required.

The Spirit of the Position:

The Supervisor oversees the facilities on off-shift times while greeting and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and clients.

Principal Job Duties:

• Ensures staff adheres to rules of conduct, policies and procedures.
• Supervises, mentors, and trains staff on day‑time activities.
• Assists in establishing performance standards.
• Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can‑do attitude, and a willingness to help at all times.
• Assists with periodic training as needed.
• Resolves customer service issues or questions as needed.
• Greet by/use name, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude; develop a rapport with the customer base.
• Upkeep of the garage and working areas, light maintenance of all 3 small parking garage locations.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Experience Required:

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience is required.
• MUST have valid driver's license (min of 2yrs)
• Strong customer service experience.
• Parking industry experience preferred but not required.

Physical Demands:
