Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong customer service focus and client satisfaction.
• Experience budgeting and P&L review.
• Ability to react quickly and solve problems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premier customer service to clients and resolve requests.
• Communicate proactively about opportunities to improve operations.
• Supervise valet staff and resolve rate/service disputes diplomatically.
• Hire, train, and supervise a team; manage staffing levels.
• Oversee parking controls, cash handling, and vendor needs.
• Manage budgets and profitability; review expenses.
• Oversee procurement needs and general accounting duties.
• Monitor facility maintenance and safety programs.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and incident reviews.
