Job summary

SP+ is a Metropolis Company delivering checkout-free parking experiences through computer vision. The Nashville site seeks a hands-on team member to assist in daily location management, ensure smooth operations, and maintain a professional image for clients and customers.

You will supervise frontline staff, handle cash processes, and contribute to monthly reporting while upholding safety and service standards at the location.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Graduate; a minimum of six months parking experience preferred.
• Availability to work: special shift requirements; 2nd/3rd shift and weekends may be required depending on location.
• License: Valid state driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of the location under contractual guidelines.
• Supervise staff, process cash deposits, and prepare month-end reports.
• Ensure courteous customer interactions and assist with maintenance of equipment.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
