Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse group of team members.
• Delivers exceptional customer experience and client satisfaction by solving problems.
• Experience developing budgets and reviewing P&L (Profit and Loss).
• Ability to react quickly and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn internal computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and communicate improvements to operations.
• Hire, train, and supervise a diverse team; ensure staffing levels for service quality.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, marketing, and budgeting.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Monitor facility maintenance and safety compliance.
