Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse group of team members.
• Passion for delivering an excellent customer experience and client satisfaction by solving problems creatively.
• Experience developing budgets and P&L review is a plus.
• Ability to react and problem solve quickly.
• Proficiency with common computer applications and the ability to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently and communicate proactively with clients to improve operations.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team; manage staffing and daily duties.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, marketing, cash control, expense reviews, and budget management.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Perform general accounting duties (accounts payable, payroll, petty cash).
• Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards.
• Review damage claims and implement safety improvements to prevent incidents.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and related policies.
