Job summary

SP+ is seeking an Operations Manager for the Snoqualmie Pass location. You will lead a diverse team, oversee parking, security, and cash controls, and resolve client requests to improve operations.

The role emphasizes effective staffing, budgeting, and accountability to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will manage procurement, payroll, and accounting duties while driving profitability and ensuring OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse group of team members.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer experience and client satisfaction.
• Experience budgeting and P&L review is a plus.
• Ability to react and problem-solve quickly.
• Experience using MS Office and ability to learn internal programs.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently and communicate proactively with clients to improve operations.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team; identify staffing levels to deliver superior customer experience.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, cash control, expense reviews, and managing the budget.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs of the location.
• Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards.
• Monitor and review damage claims and implement safety plans to reduce incidents.
• Implement policies to ensure OSHA compliance.
