Job summary

Diamond Parking in Spokane, WA is seeking an Operations Manager for Parking Services to oversee daily operations at assigned stations, ensure customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and financial performance.

You will supervise site and area managers, support strategic planning, coordinate revenue audits, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or six months to one year of related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and policy documents; communicate clearly.
• Proficiency in basic math, including ratios, percentages, and charts/graphs.
• Ability to follow instructions and solve routine problems involving concrete variables.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and email; familiarity with accounting software.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist City Manager with all aspects of city operations and cover in their absence.
• Oversee site and area managers for scheduling, coverage, and labor compliance.
• Conduct audits on revenue collection and procedures.
• Train associates in customer service, timekeeping, and safety protocols.
• Ensure OSHA and company safety standards are met.
• Monitor field location cleanliness, signage, and safety.
• Manage operating expenses and support profitability across locations.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll inquiries.
• Relate with customers, vendors, landlords, and internal teams.
