The Summit at Snoqualmie, located an hour from Seattle at the junction of the Pacific Crest Trail and Interstate 90, seeks a Parking & Transportation Supervisor to oversee paid parking, lot operations, and frontline transportation teams in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

The role emphasizes enforcing policies, coordinating across departments, and delivering a safe, guest-centric experience with a focus on efficiency and revenue accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Capable of enforcing rules professionally and calmly.

• Willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing technology, processes, and improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and guest experience.
• Participate in operational planning for events, peak seasons, and inclement weather response, collaborating with other departments on large events and high-volume days.
• Respond to guest inquiries and handle escalated concerns or service issues with professionalism and diplomacy.
• Assist in developing staff and coordinating with Security, Transportation, and Guest Services during peak periods.
