Job summary

The Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a Parking & Transportation Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations across paid parking, lot operations, and frontline transportation teams. You will oversee enforcement, revenue processes, and guest flow to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming arrival experience.

Ideal candidates are organized, guest-focused, and able to supervise staff in an outdoor, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and stand/walk for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle guest issues calmly and effectively, and comfortable enforcing rules and policies respectfully and professionally.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Availability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak operational periods.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with company policy.
