Job summary

The Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a Rental Manager to lead the rental department across all locations. You will oversee staffing, training, operations, purchasing, and financial performance to meet department goals and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate departmental policies, procedures, and operating standards.
• Develop staffing and labor plans that align with business levels, requirements, and budgets.
• Manage daily operation of all rental locations, ensure consistent standards, monitor performance, and implement improvements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional environment that meets safety standards and cash-handling procedures.
• Build a positive, accountable team culture and maintain safety throughout the department.
• Lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and seasonal staffing plans for the rental department.
• Establish and maintain high standards for guest service and address feedback and issues.
