SP+ in McLean, VA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced parking operations environment. You will oversee staffing, budgeting, vendor relations, and daily financial controls to maximize service quality and profitability.

The role emphasizes compliance with OSHA standards, hands-on problem solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients.

Qualifications

Demonstrates ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse group of team members.
Passionate about going above and beyond to deliver the best possible customer experience and client satisfaction by finding unique ways to solve problems.
Prior experience developing budgets and P&L (Profit and Loss) review a plus.
Ability to react and problem-solve quickly.
Experience using various computer applications/systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Responsibilities

Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team.
Ensure proper parking, security, and cash controls are followed.
Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, cash control procedures, expense reviews, and budgeting.
Identify all procurement and vendor service needs of the location.
Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards.
Monitor and review all damage claims; implement safety plans to prevent recurrences.
Implement all policies and procedures to ensure OSHA compliance.
