Job summary

SP+ Milwaukee is seeking a customer service oriented parking attendant to assist customers, manage payments, and ensure smooth operations at the facility. The role requires handling transactions and providing friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, guiding customers, and supporting shifts including second/third, with a valid driver's license and basic math skills. Join a team focused on reliable, courteous service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or strong tech aptitude.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including second/third shift and weekends.
• Valid state driver's license with current address and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers in making payment to fully automated revenue control equipment.
• Helps customers with parking services and facilitates the expedient flow of traffic through the facility.
• Leads programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assists in the management of day-to-day activities of the assigned location.
• Monitors parkers in pay-in lanes.
• Interacts with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provides assistance to customers that have forgotten where they parked their vehicle.
• Performs other necessary functions as assigned.
• Conducts garage and facility audits as required by management.
