SP Plus Corporation, a leading parking solutions provider in the United States, is seeking a customer-focused associate to support the maintenance team and assist customers in a high-traffic parking facility. You will handle payments via automated systems, direct traffic flow, and contribute to customer satisfaction programs.

A valid driver’s license and basic mathematical skills are required. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends may be required; prior experience with parking

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Experience: Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or a high aptitude for technology.
• Availability to Work: Special shift requirements may vary by location; weekend shifts may be required.
• License: Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Assists customers with payment to fully automated revenue control equipment.
• Helps customers with parking services and facilitates traffic flow through the facility.
• Leads programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Manages day-to-day activities of the assigned location.
• Counts revenue and provides change as needed.
• Quotes rates for parking services and directs customers.
