SP+, a Metropolis company, Milwaukee, seeks a customer-focused attendant to assist customers, process payments, and maintain clean facilities at entrances and exits. You will help with parking services, guide traffic flow, and support supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires high school education, basic tech aptitude, and a valid driver’s license; weekend and evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or a high aptitude for technology.
Availability for 2nd/3rd shift and weekends may be required.
Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
Strong math, cash handling and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Assist customers and facilitate payments to fully automated revenue control equipment.
Support the maintenance team in keeping common areas clean at entrances and exits.
Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
Manage day-to-day activities of the assigned location.
Monitor parkers in pay-in lanes and provide directions as needed.
Respond to customer problems or complaints and escalate when required.
Maintain professional appearance and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
Conduct audits and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
