Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, seeks a Customer Service Attendant to assist customers with payments at automated revenue control equipment and to help manage traffic flow at a busy parking facility.

Role requires a high school diploma, basic math, strong English communication, and a customer-first attitude. Flexibility for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends is preferred. Driver's license with good driving record is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience shows familiarity with automated parking access control hardware/software or strong tech aptitude.
• Availability may require 2nd/3rd shift and weekends.
• Driver's license required with valid address and good record.
• Math skills: basic arithmetic and making change.
• Language: must read/write/speak English.
• Reasoning: follow simple instructions and handle standard variables.
• Adaptability: handle changes and interruptions.
• Strong customer-service orientation and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with payments at automated revenue control equipment.
