SP+ Corporation, a Metropolis Company, seeks a parking attendant in Milwaukee to provide courteous customer service, handle cash, and manage vehicle flow at the gate. You will assist customers, direct parking, collect payments, and ensure accurate cash handling during shifts.

The role requires availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends, with a focus on maintaining a neat appearance and safe operations in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Less than High School education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record if driving a company vehicle.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence.
• Mathematical skills: add, subtract, and handle money.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality customer service and facilitate the flow of traffic through the gate.
• Arrive on time in uniform.
• Assist customers by answering questions.
• Direct customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles and handle cash transactions.
• Issue receipts or tickets and verify shift transactions.
