SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Atlanta to help ensure a smooth, checkout‑free parking experience. You will assist customers at pay stations and keep common areas clean while delivering friendly service.

The role requires high school diploma, comfort with automated parking hardware and software, and availability for flexible shifts including weekends. You will interact with customers, answer questions, and help manage day‑to‑day location operations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software.
• Availability for second/third shifts and weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a seamless parking experience and manage traffic flow.
• Assist customers with payments to automated revenue equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and monitor entrances/exits.
