Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure a seamless parking experience for customers and assist the maintenance team with keeping entry/exit areas clean. You will help customers pay via automated systems, quote rates, and resolve issues with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and comfort with technology. Availability for special shifts, including 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or strong tech aptitude.
• Availability for special shifts; 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends may be required.
• Must have valid state driver's license (if driving company vehicle).
• Ability to use basic math and to make change.
• English reading/writing and ability to communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a seamless parking experience and smooth traffic flow.
• Assist customers in making payments to automated revenue control equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist in day-to-day location operations.
• Monitor pay-in lanes and quote parking rates.
• Resolve customer complaints with minimal supervision.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and professional appearance.
