Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is a leading parking solutions provider using computer vision for checkout-free experiences. This role supports payment collection, traffic flow, and customer assistance at Milwaukee locations.

The ideal candidate will have minimal education requirements, be able to work varying shifts including weekends, and maintain a neat uniform while handling cash securely.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: Less than High School or 1 month related experience.
• Availability to work second/third shifts and weekends may be required.
• License: valid state-issued driver’s license if driving company vehicle.
• Language skills: ability to read/write simple instructions and present information.
• Mathematical skills: basic money calculations.
• Appearance: neat, clean, in uniform.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality customer service and collect payments for parking services.
• Direct customers to available parking spaces and guide traffic at entrances/exits.
• Count vehicles and verify starting/ending cash at shift start/end.
• Write/issue violation warnings for policy violations.
• Provide assistance to customers who forgot where they parked.
